In the next three years, we have a goal to add 56 additional staff members in the Rockies Region. To support our growing staff and advance the mission, we also need five Regional Directors.

GOAL: $3.1 Million

Everywhere we have staff, our ministry grows.  Truly the harvest is plentiful! Together, we can send more workers into the field, by providing a declining match for every staff person's first three years.  This match totals $43,000 per hire. In addition, through the leadership of five Regional Directors, we can maximize the impact of our staff  through training and resources, ultimately multiplying ministry.

We want to eliminate every barrier that could prevent an athlete from having a life-changing encounter with Jesus at FCA Camp. These funds reflect our forecasted camp costs, including camp scholarships, for the next three years.

GOAL: $1.9 Million

Every FCA Camp in the Rockies has a budget.  For the past three years we have averaged $600,000 in total camp costs. The main limiting factors to reaching more coaches and athletes through camps are the costs of facilities, transportation, and camp scholarships. With these barriers removed through underwritten funding, together we can provide the opportunity for more athletes to have a life-changing encounter with Jesus.

We are seeking $10.2 million dollars to support FCA staff to run and resource FCA Sports, participant expenses, as well as the facilities to house these programs.

Leagues and Clubs provide ministry opportunities not just for coaches and athletes, but also for their families. Possibly FCA's greatest opportunity for ministry growth lies within the 50 million athletes who participate off campus. In the next three years, we would like to have 7 clubs, 3 leagues, and 1 FCA-owned facility in the Rockies. Together, through an FCA facility, we can gain full authority over the sports and ministry programs we offer. As a result, we will see more coaches, athletes and their families in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
